The grand inauguration ceremony for IGNITE e.V. was celebrated on the 9th of August 2020, Sunday.
A huge ‘Thank You’ to everyone who showed up to our first event “Alapon”. We were truly delighted and extremely honoured to have you all. It’s the audience like you that make events successful. The initial plan to have our registered Bengali association came in the year 2018. Our endeavor is to promote the rich legacy of Bengali culture. Finally, we started our journey with the opening ceremony “Alapon” on 9th August 2020. The wheels started rolling weeks ago as it required a lot of planning and a bird’s eye for details. We have been fortunate enough to be backed by a very motivated and dedicated team. We cannot thank our members enough for their involvement and their willingness to take on the completion of tasks beyond their comfort zones during this unpredictable time. After all of the hard work, planning, and executing this event, we are so glad to say that it was a success and something that will be continued in the future!
We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to the people who lent their helping hands in organizing the event. The team is most grateful to you all for your collaborative efforts.
Remember to stay connected because this was only the beginning of our events! We are a small family and we definitely want to grow with all of you.
